Auberge du Maquis

11/09/2026: Excellent, very friendly. The welcome and decor are top-notch, and if you're lucky like we were, wild boars might come and pay you a visit. Superb restaurant!
09/09/2026: A truly excellent restaurant. Everything was perfect, from the service to the very refined and generous meal. The waitress was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

24/09/2026: A pleasant discovery! The atmosphere is simple, traditional, and well-kept. We dined outside in the little square and it was very pleasant. The staff was attentive and courteous. The food was truly excellent! It feels like home cooking, the kind where grandmothers still cook with passion and dedication.
10/09/2026: We had dinner one evening during a stopover in the charming village of Cassano. What a delicious meal and such an authentic village atmosphere! The homemade tiramisu was absolutely divine!
Thank you for everything! We'll be back!
