26/04/2026: A truly exceptional restaurant! We discovered it as a gift. We fully embraced the element of surprise, without even trying to guess what we were going to be served. A delight! A feast for the eyes and the palate, the chef and his team have mastered the balance of flavors to perfection. The impeccable service added to the pleasure. Bravo and thank you to everyone for your warm welcome.

25/04/2026: We dined at your establishment last night, choosing the €158 chef's menu, with the expectations one would have for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing on several levels. The starter listed on the menu (scallops and artichokes) was not served, replaced by another dish… without any prior notice. Worse still, we only discovered this change after tasting the meal, assuming it was simply an amuse-bouche. It was only when we pointed this out that we were told the scallops were unavailable because they were deemed too small. This complete lack of communication is difficult to understand, and even more unacceptable at this level of service. When a product is unavailable, the very least you can do is inform the customer at the time of ordering, or even update the menu. Added to this is a highly questionable value for money. The pigeon dish, while properly prepared, was served in an extremely small portion, almost a token gesture. At €160 for the set menu, one has the right to expect a coherent and polished experience, both in terms of the food and the service. We understand the inherent risks associated with ingredients, but here, the main issues are the lack of transparency and the gap between the promise and the reality. An overall disappointing experience, which we would not recommend.
