20/06/2026: Visiting my parents, and on their recommendation, we ordered two delicious pizzas and a calzone (see photos). I learned from a charming lady on the phone that scraping the crust would do the trick, that they're used to eating it that way… Ah, local customs… I wanted to thank you for enriching my culinary and general knowledge, and to tell you that even scraping it didn't work… You'll tell me, to each their own… I wish you continued success, and I'm sure the locals appreciate your expertise. Update: We ordered again, this time 14 pizzas for our son's 20th birthday...prepared and served in record time! All our guests (20 hungry young people) wholeheartedly approved of these delicious pizzas ❤️.
