01/04/2024: I systematically check my orders because I miss things 2/3 of the time. I happened to order just a signature menu..., they managed to publish the burger..., suffice to say that it shows when you order a menu and get a fries and a drink... period! That this matters to the customer goes without saying... but when you claim to be a restaurant professional... it's rather shocking in my opinion. But hey, I've gotten used to this mediocrity of service in this restaurant because it happens regularly..., which is why I check my orders systematically. But today, I ordered takeaway for 2 adults and 2 children, after checking the order... they just forgot a fries from an adult menu... and above all a complete appy meal. Suffice to say that if I don't check, I'm just in for a drama when I get home... I told them 3 times that they were missing a fries and a complete happy meal, they collected my order for the complete, I collect it and when I get home... there is still a fries missing and we eat almost cold because the food has had time to cool by the time they collect my order to complete it... half ! I've done without making comments until now because we have ended up getting used to mediocrity as long as it helps but now I'm leaving this comment because it's really overkill here. On the other hand, I was billed for the entire order, as always, due to problems on this side (5 stars for that). I stole 2 glasses from them that were lying on a table for compensation even though that's not my style...

01/03/2024: I came every lunchtime to get my bread because it is good and sometimes I let myself be tempted by a cake but the saleswomen are so unpleasant, especially the manager, that I will never set foot there again
