02/10/2024: It’s really not a perfect place and it’s a smaller boutique hotel but they have an exceptional staff, beautiful restaurant with amazing food and hello to Vanessa who helped me when my phone wouldn’t work to call in France. I loved my 2 nights here and because of Lilu, Cindy & Vanessa I will return. Try their cassoulet. Yum!

24/09/2024: I almost gave 3 for the location, you are on a big avenue, there are big traffic jams in the morning and for the very simplistic room, but it is very quiet. I give 4 for the very friendly welcome but also for the restaurant, I had room service, the gravlax salmon was very good, the turbo fillet was excellent.

25/08/2024: We had a Smartbox to do and we chose this hotel for a little getaway to Toulouse. We shouldn't have! Really not well placed, around you have nothing except shops and the road, no outside walks.. Positive point is the room and fortunately because it is the only one.. Breakfast not bad but pastries not fresh, they were hard, frozen! Then the best one was rated “hotel restaurant” and surprise no restaurant for 1 year! people do not inform you when you call them before arriving, it is only on site that you are told that there is no restaurant and that you must take your means of transport to go and eat at the Dell' arte because it is the only restaurant with which they are in partnership. We were very disappointed, we absolutely will not return

14/09/2024: Very special. We arrived in a group of 10 people. We weren't able to order drinks because we arrived in a small group and not all together. We had to wait for everyone to order drinks. Regarding payment we all had to pay at the same time. And not in small groups because we all work in different places. Problem with collection and negative reception and under pressure.

08/09/2024: This restaurant is really very good and very good, they have a lot of Asian cuisine, there are a lot of choices and a lot of desserts, you can have fruit, ice cream, creams... They are welcoming and above all, it is an all-you-can-eat buffet 😀 Really 10/10! I recommend it!!!!❤️💕

06/09/2024: The woman with the glasses serves customers without gloves, with her hands, she served me my sandwich with her hands hygiene level is not great!!! I get a raw tuna sandwich and surprise I get a sandwich with only tuna, a few pieces of egg and two pickles fighting a duel. Surely an error in the preparation, in short next time I come I will be sure to tell your shopkeeper to wear gloves or take the products with TONGS!!!!
