13/11/2025: Very nice hotel, I've been going there for 5 years, maybe even years, and I've never been disappointed. Very secure hotel, gate closed every night, conveniently located near Toulouse. I highly recommend it. Very friendly staff.

07/02/2026: Absolutely fantastic! The owner's a bit of a goofball, but no big deal! As long as he serves non-Basques! Marie in the kitchen is an artist! You have to book a table, but be warned, you never know when you'll leave!!!

09/03/2026: The owner is always welcoming and friendly, the waitresses are very attentive, and the food is truly excellent. What more can I say? Everything is homemade, the meats are French, and the fondue is superb—it's best to order it in advance, as it requires a bit of preparation and a good appetite for at least two people. To be transparent, I live next to the restaurant, and my wife and I eat there often. The prices aren't excessive for the quality of the food. Remember to book, especially in the evening before the weekend. They are now closed on Sundays and Mondays.

12/02/2026: We've known this restaurant for a few years and were very disappointed today. The menu price has gone up; there's no cuttlefish on the €21.90 menu. The spring rolls were swimming in oil as a starter. The fish course had lots of vegetables and only two small pieces of fish. And the dessert had very little fruit in the bowl.

14/02/2026: I ordered 6 products, but 3 are missing... I don't know how that's possible!! When I try to contact them to discuss it, the line is always busy!
