23/12/2025: A very good meal at L’Inter’Val, ideally located near the Charles de Gaulle Memorial. The six-course menu is well-paced, with carefully prepared and beautifully presented dishes, including a high-quality foie gras. Professional service and a pleasant atmosphere. A very good address for a gourmet meal in the region.
14/12/2025: Restaurant located directly opposite the church in Colombey.
Delighted with this dinner. Special mention goes to the three-course foie gras menu: the scallops with foie gras sauce were particularly delicious.
The ribeye steak from the à la carte menu was excellent. Pleasant service; the two ladies were particularly welcoming. Very good selection of champagnes at reasonable prices.
It's best to make a reservation, as the restaurant was quite full.

24/09/2025: Set in a rural location, surrounded by rolling hills this is a hidden gem. The fruit trees in the orchard were heavy with the abundance of the end of the summer.
The food was the essence of summer, the flavours so subtle , yet distinct and so so fresh. Everything was absolutely delicious, and many ingredients were sourced from their gardens.
The service was excellent, friendly, not pompous but attentive.
The rooms were beautiful, the views!!
