15/08/2024: We went to eat at the Toro bleu restaurant with my father-in-law who lives nearby.
I wasn't really impressed, the non-alcoholic cocktail was actually orange juice with a syrup at the bottom. €7 for orange juice is very expensive!
A dead fly in my son’s glass… shame!
The unsmiling and unpleasant waitress left at the end because she was finishing her shift to be on vacation..
The beef skewer very good.
The gourmet coffee was just a fromage blanc with coulis and a slice of apple pie.
Nothing too crazy.
08/08/2024: Very welcoming place, the staff is pleasant and the premises well maintained. Perfect for a good stay not far from all activities (Lac du der, markets, racecourse, abbey church...).

22/08/2024: Unfortunately, our evening with what we hoped was a delicious meal turned out to be a big disappointment.
The grilled food was served on ice-cold plates, which is Mac Donald's level, at least not something I expect from an 80€ meal for 2 people.
The meat had little to no seasoning and was burnt to the point of being inedible.
The mushrooms were good, at least they tasted like mushrooms and weren't burnt. The highlight of the whole meal. The potato cubes from the deep fryer were ok after a bit of salting.
In the pictures the grilled duck (the black thing in the plate), the way I let it go back.

A pleasant discovery made during our bike ride near Lac du Der. Don't hesitate to open the door of this establishment to quench your thirst or get your fill.

22/08/2024: Excellent restaurant with good food and very friendly employees. Sanitary facilities are very neat. Many drivers clearly enjoy visiting this place, and rightly so. Recommended, especially if you want to eat a little later. I'll definitely be back.
22/08/2024: This is a truckers restaurant with tasty and very good food and very nice people. The entrance is behind the many trucks that apparently like to spend the night there in the parking lot and I completely understand that
The showers and toilets look immaculate.
We would love to come back again.
