08/02/2026: It must be said that the dishes were beautiful, tasty, quite generous, and arrived piping hot (too hot?!). No complaints about the service. However, there was construction in the restrooms, and a (very, very heavy) door was off its hinges, which hadn't been indicated. One of the guests, upon going to the toilet, found herself with the door falling on her. The result was a useless hand, the beginning of her meal was completely vomited due to the extreme pain, and she fainted, only to have to be taken to the hospital by the fire department. The evening was therefore cut short without being able to enjoy dessert, and above all, it was a very unpleasant experience for the person celebrating their birthday. Why one star? - Unannounced construction work, and therefore an accident that could have been avoided. - The owners rushed off to write a "Caution: Construction Work" sign and stick it on the door, claiming the warning was already written. Making a mistake is one thing. Treating people like idiots with such dishonesty is quite another. Especially since no compensation was offered (a slice of vacherin to take away… our appetites were completely ruined!). So, we paid for the entire meal for four people (€160), and it ended up costing even more because we didn't finish the menu. Shameful. It's a shame, the restaurant was fantastic, but there's no way I'll ever set foot in an establishment that treats its customers so poorly again. (And I'll spare you the details.) We'll remember this evening for a long time, but unfortunately not for the reasons we hoped.
