20/08/2026: I don't understand. I paid €45 for ice cream, and that's just ice cream!! With a double surcharge on each ice cream! I've stated three times that I paid double the surcharge on each ice cream, only to receive no surcharge at all in the end!!!!
20/08/2026: I'm not going to mince words! The kids' room is disgusting, awful, grease everywhere, fries on the floor, you don't even dare sit down! It's incredibly hot, no air conditioning, while the main room is air-conditioned! And the toilets! Oh my god, they're like something you'd find on a highway! You wonder if there's even a manager! And don't even talk to me about understaffing and overcrowding; I saw a man posing with his elbows on the counter like he was bored, even though there was work to be done!
