13/08/2026: The decor is great, the place is pleasant, but when we ordered our fondue, we were shocked to find the bread we were served was moldy (photo attached). After discovering this, we called the waitress back to point out that the bread was moldy. Her reaction was far from professional; she replied dismissively, "Oh really? How so?" She didn't apologize and ended up replacing the bread. These things happen, but the least one could do is apologize. The service was also a bit slow considering the small number of customers. Aside from that, the person who took our payment was extremely professional and pleasant, and she apologized on behalf of the staff.

30/06/2026: A true gem ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at the Hôtel Le Jalouvre in Mont-Saxonnex and the experience was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with rare warmth and attentiveness—a team that went above and beyond, immediately setting the tone for our stay. The cuisine is absolutely wonderful: flavorful, generous dishes, prepared with great care. The setting… a little slice of paradise. Magnificent, bucolic, and peaceful, with a view and atmosphere that invite you to completely disconnect. Honestly, this place is a gift. My colleagues were amazed and charmed from beginning to end—so much so that everyone is already talking about returning! Thank you for this unforgettable stay; we will gladly return ❤️

15/05/2026: We booked the restaurant for a private birthday party and everything met our expectations. The menu, the welcome, the service, and the availability were all excellent. A wonderful experience that was praised by the whole family.
