02/10/2023: An excellent bakery! However, there are 3 closer, but I prefer to go to that one. The bread is excellent, especially the organic sourdough pie. When the galette des rois is there, it’s quite simply the best I’ve ever had. In terms of pastry, I recommend the Sublime. Being an amateur pastry chef, I am completely amazed by the finesse and balance of this cake. Mini downside, I find the snack part a little below, for example the country ham baguette sandwiches could be more garnished. The welcome is always impeccable, the baker always willing to make a sandwich at any time on request, and is particularly kind.
