16/02/2024: Hello, I am frankly disappointed after purchasing a tray of bacon and noticed the use of nitrite salt lot 026241, manufactured in a workshop using sulphites which means that the packaging chain goes from industrial (I am polite) and your products. At the price you sell and the image you display I expected something else. I will not buy again and would advise against it.

09/02/2024: Hello, after several purchases of slices of smoked brisket in organic stores of different chains, I noticed on several occasions a very bad smell of the product when opening the packaging, even though its visual appearance is normal. It's a bit of a lottery...but you can't afford to buy a product that you know will smell bad when you unpack it 1 in 2 or 3 times. Whatever the cause of this anomaly, it is a product that must be thrown away because it is unconsumable. Waste of food, money...it's a shame because when the product is as unpacked, it is good. Unfortunately I will have to stop purchasing this product.
