27/12/2023: Excellent petit restaurant au cœur de Luz Saint Sauveur, produits de très bonne qualité, je recommande à 100% Les plats sont copieux et les prix sont très raisonnables.

16/12/2023: Très bon restaurant de village, on en a pour son argent, c'est très bon et le service était très agréable. Que des bons produits! Je recommande!

20/08/2025: Rooms are mostly small and without views. The building is somewhat run-down but beautiful: the classic staircase, wide wooden planks, closet doors, and room doors are also attractive. Reception is often unmanned, though friendly. The price/quality ratio is not good. Good hygiene.

20/08/2025: Stayed in early August. The room and bathroom were clean and equipped with all modern amenities, including a welcome folder with useful information for your stay. The restaurant is a real plus, with its lovingly prepared cuisine and breathtaking views of the valley. A 15-minute walk from the shops (but 2 minutes from the Luzea center or the Napoleon III Bridge and its bungee jumping), this hotel offers a peaceful base. You can be sure of a peaceful night's sleep after climbing the Tourmalet (and a good meal at the restaurant to celebrate!) Thank you to the team for contributing to this successful stay in the Pays de Toy!

01/11/2025: Avoid at all costs. We thought we'd have a good time because it had a tavern-like atmosphere. But the reality was quite different. Screens and speakers projecting sports matches practically everywhere in the bar... great.... An employee who seemed polite at first prevented us (on a supposedly bad weather day, when it was just overcast and 19 degrees Celsius) from sitting at the back of the bar with our baby, away from the screens, under the pretext that groups of hikers might arrive (there wasn't a soul in town or in the bar). And of course, no one ever arrived. I was outraged and already wanted to leave. And to top it all off, a member of staff (the owner?) shouting in the bar every five minutes. It was like being at a fair. What a disappointment. I was glad to leave... I won't be back. A terrible experience.

23/10/2025: With the price of coffee, you could get a specialty coffee… almost 4 euros for a latte. And poor quality.

10/12/2025: The waiter couldn't be ruder or more unpleasant; if you don't speak French, you're definitely not welcome here. They live off tourism, but they don't want foreigners. Hypocrite.

17/11/2025: Friendly staff, every time I've eaten there I haven't been disappointed. And best of all, even in the off-season, they're open every day from early morning!! Hats off to them! 🤗
