21/08/2026: Marie Blachère SEMEAC offers three types of baguettes: lightly baked, medium baked, and well-baked (my favorites), all perfectly crusty. The only problem is that every time I make the trip to buy some, they're out of stock. I explain each time that the reason they don't have them is because people buy them, and they need to increase production specifically for these baguettes. No matter how much I insist, no one seems to take my comments seriously. It's a shame because the bread is excellent, but today they just lost a customer. I don't have time to waste. From now on, I'll buy my well-baked baguettes at the Brauhauban market in Tarbes. They also have excellent well-baked bread there, just the way I like it, which is easily as good as Marie Blachère's. It's a bit of a detour, but at least I'm never disappointed there. I still gave it two stars in my review to show that, despite everything, Marie Blachère's bread is still very good, when they have it...

06/08/2026: Very welcoming staff. They suggest products without pressuring you. The bread tastes good, and the pastries are very affordable and tasty.
