09/05/2024: Highly Recommended Dining Experience at Quinta & Sens Our recent dining experience at Quinta & Sens exceeded all expectations. The staff, including Sulman, Noman, Ramdane, Rodney, and Sami, provided exceptional service, catering to our every need with attentiveness and warmth. Despite our language barrier, they skillfully translated the menu and made excellent food and drink suggestions, enhancing our enjoyment of the evening. We highly recommend starting with the buffalo mozzarella with pesto and eggplant, followed by the truffle pasta for a delectable main course. For a lighter option, the Caesar Salad with salmon was perfection. The bread selection was also wonderful. What truly impressed us was the staff's thoughtfulness in boxing our leftovers for us to enjoy later in our room. Overall, our dinner experience at Quinte & Sens was superb, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

26/03/2024: Review from September 2020! Exceptional place, decent dishes but we expect much better and the service ruins the whole thing. It seems like this was the first time they provided a service. But I am certain that the quality of service has changed since 2020 and that this restaurant deserves a repeat visit!

05/04/2024: Restaurant with a very pleasant setting, unfortunately, the welcome lacks warmth and friendliness. We had the impression of being a disturbance when we arrived because we asked to change tables (we were with an elderly lady and the seat was not comfortable for her). The person who greeted us looked exhausted. The service lacks a little elegance. Otherwise, we had a good lunch.

05/04/2024: Inventive and tasty cuisine, discreet and efficient service, a most pleasant atmosphere, nothing to complain about, it was still perfect for our 3rd visit in 2024. The pleasure/price ratio is excellent, I recommend.

04/04/2024: A hotel that deserves neither its stars nor its price! Even if the location, the parking, the "Nuxe" toiletries and the tea from "Palais des Thés" are very appreciable, the list of worries is endless and so disappointing for a hotel supposed to be upscale: TV and Telephone HS, HS air conditioning (27°C in the room while it was 8°C outside), chipped shower and sanitary facilities, a fridge but empty and lukewarm on a broken piece of furniture, the hallway door poorly insulated, only one chair and a only small cupboard for a bedroom of 2, the LEDs on the bed frame open and broken,... In short, a hotel not at the level advertised!

01/04/2024: Outing with colleagues The welcome and service are impeccable, servers are responsive and fun to ensure you have a good time. Back on the main course, the blue lobster risotto, an original, colorful presentation, too bad for the risotto a little too dry and the scallops and shrimps a little too snacky.

31/03/2024: Regular at this restaurant, the food is always good. On the other hand, the service is horrible, bordering on odious and disrespectful. A lot of work needs to be done. I will wait a few months before going back and seeing any change. I sincerely hope that they take the comments into account.
