19/08/2026: The pizza and/or toppings were way too salty. I was thirsty all night. And yet there wasn't much topping on it 🫤
18/04/2026: The curry and tandoori sandwiches (the latter being spicier) are very good.
The prices are more than reasonable considering inflation.
The service is quick and efficient.
Edit: However, one day I was served fries that had been reheated in a deep fryer. For this reason, my advice is to pay close attention to this hygiene issue, as it can ruin your meal.

21/09/2026: This is a café-restaurant I frequented for over 40 years. But with the current management, I'm so disappointed that I no longer go back, even though the bartender is welcoming. The owner (the tall man who always wears a jacket) is unpleasant; he never smiles or says thank you when I buy something from the tobacco or lottery section. Once, at the bar, I accidentally paid for my drink and was 10 cents short, which I paid immediately. He was standing next to me and gave me a suspicious look for several seconds. It was unpleasant. Since then, I won't be returning to this brasserie.
06/06/2026: A pleasant place to have a coffee or something similar.

01/08/2026: This bar is also a parcel collection point. The woman who runs the bar is quite unpleasant.

It's become my weekly ritual: I eat there every Friday and I'm never disappointed. The owners are extremely pleasant, welcoming, and professional.
The quality is always there. The dishes are homemade, generous, and hearty, just the way we like them. You really feel "at home." I highly recommend it!

10/09/2026: I couldn't remember why I hadn't gone there for so long. After my return last Sunday, I'm on my third day of gastroenteritis, so I remember now: avoid it!
07/08/2026: Honestly, I ate spring rolls (with pork), five-spice beef, and fried rice. Nothing had any flavor! Everything was hopelessly bland.
Okay, the ladies are helpful and friendly, but honestly, we want to be able to eat something with at least a little bit of taste. 😑

10/09/2026: The short-haired, curly-haired waitress with glasses who makes racist and inappropriate remarks on the terrace and, on top of that, is about as friendly as a prison door—no greeting, no polite greetings, doesn't even look you in the eye when you speak to her, serves you cold coffee without any respect, just wants you to leave as quickly as possible—she's selective about the customers she's willing to be professional with. When you spend your time criticizing the young people passing by your terrace, their way of speaking, while you yourself have no manners, the paradox is rather absurd... Just because I'm not old doesn't mean I'm not a customer like any other and that I don't deserve the same respect and professionalism. We're fed up with having to listen to racist and reactionary remarks and enduring disrespect and unequal treatment all day long while we're trying to enjoy our coffee in peace. Madam, at your age, it's frankly shameful.
05/09/2026: A nice spot before heading to the cinema across the street.
Great for a drink or a hot beverage.
However, the lemon meringue pie wasn't to my liking.

05/08/2024: Resto très sympa au bord de Seine, déco ambiance vacances. Plats très bons. Cuisine avec brasero visible des clients. Vins un peu cher, aucune bouteille à moins de 40€, c est dommage, dernier bémol : erreur sur l addition...
02/08/2024: We visited the bar during the Olympics. They had trouble with the payment system and the service was quite slow but we decided to reserve a table for dinner for later in the week.
On Sunday we arrived early and waited ages to get a drink and even be acknowledged by the server.
Two couples arrived after us and had their orders taken and were served before us. A table of three young ladies waited so long, they left before their drink order could be taken.
The food was ok; no more, no less. We had the egg, cheeseboard, steak & fries and (5) gambas. All served with bland, uninteresting courgettes and peppers.
The wine was expensive as was the food, for what we received.
On the plus side, it's a good place to people watch.
