17/02/2026: An hour and a half wait with absolutely no effort on our part, and an unpleasant, completely overwhelmed waiter with only 10 customers to serve. The waiter didn't take our order despite us calling him for 40 minutes, and his only gesture of goodwill was a can of soda, as if we hadn't waited over an hour, refusing any other requests. The pizza was also tiny and completely misshapen. It's hard to imagine a worse experience.

What I saw in the advertisements was paradise, but once I arrived, it was a complete nightmare. I will never return. You are served something different from your order without any explanation. Regarding hygiene, I am contacting the relevant prefectural department before this leads to a tragedy that will be blamed on others. The customer is not king at this restaurant. 😡😡 This restaurant is strongly discouraged, especially if you know anything about the industry. I advise against ever going to this restaurant again, and I've been to many restaurants. My advice to them is to ask Kitchen Nightmares for help; it's extremely urgent. 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

16/03/2026: Never again will I go to this restaurant, which has just removed frog legs from its menu because, supposedly, customers didn't eat them. I should point out that you always had to ask for them. The whole baked fish is really quite ordinary, nothing special. Most of the desserts are frozen.
