And it's actually good.

07/09/2026: Complete lack of consideration after a fall in the bakery. We are extremely dissatisfied with our experience at this bakery. My 73-year-old mother had come with me for a snack. As she stood up from a chair, the seat, which was clearly not secured and barely held in place, slipped. My mother then fell heavily and hit her head on a protruding handle. What particularly shocked us was not only the fall itself, but above all the complete lack of reaction from the staff. No one came to my mother's aid, no one inquired about her condition, no one asked how she was doing, and she received no attention whatsoever after the accident. Only two customers reacted and showed any humanity: one brought her water, while another, also elderly, offered to call the fire department. We find this attitude absolutely unacceptable. When a customer has just suffered a serious fall and hit her head, the very least one can expect from an establishment is for them to check on her condition and provide assistance. My mother will require medical attention following this fall, which makes the situation all the more serious and worrying. We are deeply disappointed and shocked by this lack of professionalism, vigilance, and above all, humanity. A fall, especially at 73 years old, can have serious consequences, and the indifference we witnessed is simply unacceptable. We strongly advise against using this establishment.
