16/11/2025: Great location for our family overnight stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

12/11/2025: The hotel is well located and easily accessible. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped. However, we had a bad night for several reasons. The pillows are thick and hard, causing neck pain upon waking. The room's blackout is very poor: no shutters, just a simple, rather light curtain that lets in light as soon as it gets dark. The soundproofing in the rooms is insufficient in my opinion, as we could hear our neighbors talking and the activity in the bar/tobacconist below. Furthermore, we were staying as a group (5 people) and had booked a double room and a quadruple comfort room. When we received the keys in the late afternoon, the person in our group who was responsible for this pointed out to the manager that the sheets for the sofa bed in the quadruple room occupied by 3 people were missing. The manager acknowledged the oversight and indicated that he would take care of it. When we returned from our wedding late at night, the sofa bed wasn't unfolded, and there were no sheets or towels for our son. The quadruple room was equipped for two people. Rather than bother the manager at 5:00 a.m. (which we later regretted), we squeezed into the double bed. We pointed out this oversight to the bar staff as we were leaving the room. On the phone with his employee from the bar/tobacconist, the manager promised us a gesture of goodwill following our request, given the inconvenience. After two follow-up emails that went unanswered, the manager ultimately refused to offer any compensation. He acknowledged that the towels were indeed missing but that the sheets were (supposedly) there… in the storage compartment of the sofa bed! Apparently, in this establishment, it's up to the guest to search for sheets in unlikely places and make their own bed… This is unprofessional. The manager changed his mind, claiming that the quadruple room reservation had been made for two people on Booking.com. There was indeed an initial error on our part. However, the price is the same whether you are two, three, or four people, and the manager was personally informed of our child's presence and the lack of linens when we received the keys. We did not appreciate this approach, nor the manager's bad faith. As for the "comfortable quadruple room," forget it... Or maybe not... because we will not be returning to this establishment.
