18/09/2024: Very disappointing service. I kindly ask the receptionist to bring me a beer. I just spent 3 hours in front of my screen working. They tell me they don't do room service. Okay, I understand. So I go down to the bar to pick her up, with a big smile. The young man at the bar sets me on fire because I'm in a bathrobe and orders me to go back to my room. “We’re not at the campsite, we’re at the hotel.” I know and where is the service??, courtesy,??? To flee. The staff should run a Kebab. Too bad for the place.

11/09/2024: The review is about the restaurant. We have had lunch in Combourg at the restaurant several times now. castle hotel. Beautiful view of the lake and the castle 🏰 at the entrance. Lovely Sunday meal and beautiful pieces from the butcher, a Sunday entrecôte with fries and a vinous Bordeaux wine which goes well with the dish. Mention the gourmet dessert. Coming back soon.

15/07/2024: We came for July 14, of course there were people and waiting but that is completely understandable, very kind and attentive servers. We took two pizzas for main course, they were tasty, well garnished, really very good!!! We ended up with two crepes for dessert, same, delicious! The prices are very reasonable. We left with full bellies. For people passing through the area, we recommend locating it next to Combourg Castle. Thank you.

13/07/2024: Very warm welcome, we don't rush you. The pancakes are delicious and very filling. The price is more than reasonable. For two people, two pancakes/a salad/a bottle of AOC cider/a large cream. 36 euros. I highly recommend.

01/09/2024: Affordable prices, good sandwiches but the portions of the plates need to be reviewed. When you take a plate means that you want to eat well since you pay more, however the steak plate that I ordered was empty and served without bread (contents of a sandwich emptied into the plate).

26/08/2024: It's not the 4th time I've come, I took 2 kebabs, I specified without raw vegetables both times and there was still some, I took 2 tacos, there was no cheese sauce and plus there were raw vegetables if I may, it's more hot wraps than tacos. Apart from that, the staff is super nice, which is why I took the trouble to come back.

03/08/2024: Invited for a wedding, the place no longer looks like the photos. However, it is saved by the view of the ocean, which is sublime. But I can't miss the completely non-existent PMR access. Stairs everywhere, even to go to the toilet and no ramps to climb them more easily (or half). In addition, the toilets are very cramped even for people with thin waists. Personally, I had a lot of difficulty moving around and the few chairs outside didn't help to relax. In short, a mixed marriage due to the numerous pains and other discomforts caused by the lack of accessibility. A magnificent view and the sea within reach.

22/11/2024: It's been 2 years since I last ordered from the best pizzeria in Combourg due to serious illness, and this evening I went back and I am delighted. The pizzas are always delicious, generous, and very reasonably priced with fresh products, and a pizza chef who is always as competent. Don't look elsewhere ladies and gentlemen, the best pizzas in Combourg are at L'AME DE LA PIZZA!
