11/10/2026: We ordered the €25 set menu and wanted to exchange the cheese naan for garlic naan, but the waiter categorically refused, claiming the owner wouldn't allow it (even though the menu price was the same). The food was stiff and unappealing. The dishes were bland, with more sauce than meat. I won't be returning to this establishment.

10/10/2026: The Taj Mahal restaurant in Chantilly does justice to Indian and Pakistani cuisine. We dined there as a family. The menu offers a wide selection (with excellent vegetarian options), and each dish is a true culinary journey. The meats are cooked to perfection (grilled over a wood fire), the rice is perfectly fragrant, and the sauces are perfectly balanced in spices. Special mention goes to the service; our host was extremely professional. This restaurant is a sure bet, both for the quality of the ingredients and the generous portions. A must-try; I highly recommend it.
