16/07/2026: We came in a group of 10 people… The comedians themselves were good and the show was good too, but the presenter was very annoying. He kept insisting on the amount given in the hat. We felt obliged to give. Being told once or twice is fine, but to be insulted about it for more than 15 minutes is too much, and I wasn't the only one… In short, it ruined the enjoyment of the evening, which we had already paid for.

28/06/2026: A warm welcome, a lovely place, we had a wonderful meal. The Italian ham was a little too salty for my taste, but the two-salmon tartare was delicious, and the hamburger was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant; we had a very pleasant time. Don't hesitate to go; you won't be disappointed.

By far the best restaurant we've ever eaten at!
The staff were incredibly kind. The service was always friendly and with a smile.
Excellent from drinks to desserts.
We highly recommend it!

The vegetarian option wasn't just a simple alternative; it was succulent.
The fish was also excellent and generous! A real favorite.
As for the desserts, they were to die for!
And of course, the service was on par with the desserts, the dishes, and the ambiance. A must-try!

25/05/2026: Fantastic bakery! We went there to buy some treats on the recommendation of the tobacconist next door, to enjoy with coffee and homemade lemonade.
We got pistachio and speculoos éclairs—absolutely divine! They also had delicious and affordable pain au raisin and a brownie.
It's a shame we were there on a Monday, and since they're closed on Tuesdays, there was practically nothing left, but it was all incredibly tasty!
25/05/2026: For my wife's birthday, we ordered a strawberry cake for 14 people.
It was delicious; all the guests thoroughly enjoyed it.
The strawberries were very flavorful, which demonstrates the professionalism of this pastry shop. A strawberry cake is a pastry, of course, but the choice of strawberries is also very important.

22/07/2026: Having frequented Le Sylvia for nearly 25 years, we were pleasantly surprised to find that nothing had changed: delicious and generous meals at an unbeatable price! We will gladly return (without waiting another 25 years 😉)! Thank you again!
22/07/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant and waited over 45 minutes before being served. Other customers arrived after us and were served at the same time. The servers didn't even apologize for the wait. Furthermore, the food wasn't even that great; we expected much better.

20/07/2026: We enjoyed the coffees (V60, very aromatic) and the cakes (although the portions were a bit small). However, we were disappointed by the manager's very cold welcome (no smile, no "Thank you," we felt like we were bothering her). It was also strange that she came to smoke a meter away from me and my children; OK, we were on the terrace, but it was quite disrespectful.
26/06/2026: Excellent coffee, with a diverse range of beans. Host was very sweet, and helpful with selecting and grinding the beans used in our cappuccino.

24/06/2026: After a morning visiting the Château de Chantilly, we chose to eat at L’Etrier where we had a lovely time. The avocado and shrimp tartare salad was excellent. The servers were friendly and the atmosphere very relaxed. A great break.
20/06/2026: The staff were only moderately friendly upon arrival. They were a bit more relaxed afterwards. The main course and salad were quite good.

On several occasions, the staff abruptly and curtly interrupted our conversations, giving the impression that we weren't being listened to or respected. More professional and courteous communication would have been appreciated. It's a shame, as it significantly detracts from the quality of the welcome and service.
