06/04/2024: DELICIOUS food! I confirm the fact that you should not trust the exterior facade of the restaurant, because the food is very good there!!! Fast service too.
02/04/2024: Don't be fooled by the exterior appearance, the quality of the dishes prepared in this restaurant is worthy of the best Indian restaurants in the capital... preparations with authentic flavors and pleasant service. A great address in the 9th!

30/03/2024: Salty food with no real flavor. Once cashed, the customer no longer exists, no greeting when we leave. On the other hand, I noticed the tourists get their dish quickly, but when they are compatriots the dishes served are absolutely not the same 😡
08/03/2024: An exceptional restaurant that stands out from the crowd! Classic cuisine with a search for excellence by a real chef The manager takes great care And the atmosphere is warm! Finally, an authentic and refined Indian restaurant with sophisticated cuisine!

06/04/2024: Very good restaurant, the setting is nice. The fusion between Lebanese and Indian flavors is a real delight.
06/04/2024: My recent visit to the Indian-Lebanese restaurant Ismail was an experience that, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations at all. Despite my initial enthusiasm, I was deeply disappointed by the quality of the food and the complete lack of fusion between Indian and Lebanese cuisines. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the staff, which created a pleasant atmosphere. However, this positive first impression was quickly tarnished when I tasted the dishes. The bland and uninspiring flavor of the dishes left me feeling desolate. I had hoped for an explosion of exotic flavors, but instead found the cuisine devoid of any creativity. What disappointed me the most was the total lack of mixing between Indian and Lebanese cuisines. To tell you, firstly, I am of Indian origin and secondly, I absolutely love Lebanese cuisine. The dishes seemed to be simplistic, soulless interpretations of each cuisine's traditional dishes, with no attempt to combine them harmoniously. The hummus was horrible! The Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani) was absolutely nothing like a Butter Chicken! The main dishes with Ismail sauce were but such a lack of flavor. How can we destroy Indian cuisine which is made up of a thousand flavors. Brief! I had waited so long to discover unique flavors resulting from this fusion, but they were unfortunately absent. Although my experience at the restaurant did not live up to my expectations, I would like to highlight the attentive and courteous service of the staff . The setting was also pleasant and conducive to a relaxed evening. And the cleanliness and decor were impeccable. In conclusion, although I had a sincere desire to discover and appreciate this mix, my experience was disappointing. I sincerely hope that improvements are made to the quality and creativity of the cuisine so that other diners can enjoy a more rewarding experience.
