Les Deux Gourmands
Descartes
05/09/2026: The secret to a good pizza is the crust. This pizza maker knows the secret; what a fantastic, beautiful, and tasty crust. Topped with fantastic fresh ingredients. Add to that the friendly service and the cozy restaurant. The desserts are freshly made. Five stars.
02/09/2026: This place deserves to be known and packed every night.
A true Italian institution, 1000%!
Incredibly kind people, delicious pizzas—you can go there without hesitation.
I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

La Chope

24/07/2026: The owner gave us a very cold welcome. Not a smile. We were clearly not welcome.
16/07/2026: A fantastic brasserie I stumbled upon. Pleasant atmosphere, really nice decor (even in the restrooms). They only offer daily specials on a chalkboard menu, using fresh ingredients. Everything is homemade.
A real treat! 😋

Pizzeria Pinocchio, France

09/08/2024: Found this place whilst looking online for restaurants in the local area and so glad we did! Really nice wood fired pizza in a lovely atmosphere, run by (I think) a husband making the pizzas and his wife front of house - it seats probably a max of 18 and is clearly very popular with the locals, we got there just after opening and all other tables were reserved and it soon filled up.
Nice variation of pizzas - two of us had Margheritas, one Ham & Mushroom
and I had the Vesuvio (Chorizo and Merguez). All tasted great! The pizzas came to approx €46 or so, really good value in my opinion.
I definitely suggest calling in advance to book. Would happily return. Recommended!
20/07/2024: Nous avons passez un bon moment , les propriétaires parfait et nous avons bien mangé. Je vous conseille cette pizzeria ....
