Authentic cuisine full of local flavors. A great happiness

What a delight. Quality products and cuisine.
The service was impeccable and the staff very pleasant. The manager was just as accommodating, and what’s more, he was very accommodating.
Everyone took great care of us.
We had a very pleasant time, and if we come back to the area it is this restaurant that we will come to and with great pleasure.
In addition, the location of the inn is royal, we came one evening but during the day it must be magnificent.

25/03/2024: I had the opportunity to do a week of teleworking almost entirely at Sainbioz. Several points that I really appreciated:
- Friendly co-managers who are happy to be there, and you can feel it!
- A commitment to the origin of products locally and FR
- A cuisine that I found simple but very good (+1 for the fries and the veggie burger)
- Continuous, varied and joyful music!
- Sockets and wifi => perfect for teleworking!

, Valérie, with a smile and humor. Warm mountain setting. And famous cuisine! Our group of 23 people enjoyed 6 meals. Strongly recommended !!!

28/03/2024: Really not crazy! But not at all.
I found it very expensive for what it was. And hygiene…. It disgusted me.
The salad was wilted, I threw half of it away because I had to sort it. We found a white cheese with yellowed and dry edges because it must have been there for a while. (Too long for now).
The cooks don't have caps, their hair is out in the open. For a dish averaging €18 without dessert and without drinks, a minimum of hygiene recommended in restaurants would not be bad... and to top it all off, fingerprints on the glasses available.
The staff nevertheless remains friendly so that slightly enhances the moment. But frankly, if we had known, we would have gone to eat elsewhere that day. Too bad we got there too late and it was the only place nearby without having to get back on skis.
