11/04/2026: The campus deal was great: a generous and delicious pizza and salad combo, a real treat. (Don't miss the profiteroles!) The service was efficient, friendly, and patient—there were 22 of us, and we all paid separately. Unbeatable value for money. I can't wait to come back, like all of us, I think!

28/03/2026: Great pizzeria, high-quality pizza at very affordable prices. The service is quick and the waitresses are very pleasant, especially Stella who served us this evening.

22/03/2026: Everything was fine, but the glasses were dirty. We were able to exchange one, but we received another dirty one. Out of three glasses, none were clean. Order takeout.

21/03/2026: The overall experience is decent, although you should expect a bit of a wait before collecting your order. It's manageable, but you can tell the team is sometimes under pressure. The real downside is the loyalty card scanner: it's often out of order or has a lot of trouble reading the code. This happens quite frequently and ends up slowing everyone down since you have to give your code verbally. Fortunately, the order was complete and the products were piping hot when they arrived. A little more effort on the scanner's maintenance would be really appreciated to streamline the process.

06/04/2026: The staff was incredibly unpleasant, no greeting whatsoever, just plain rudeness. But on top of that, the quality was truly lacking. The meat was cooked hours in advance and kept warm in frozen containers – nothing fresh. It's beyond the pale... And the pressure of not saying hello is no excuse. Besides, you can go to most of the reputable kebab shops in Grenoble, like Mendo Mekan, Mivan, and La Maison du Kebab, despite the much larger crowds. Their meat is cut directly on the spit. This new trend of speed—cutting beforehand and keeping it warm, repeating the old ways several times—is mixing with the new. And it's the same with your pre-cooked steaks; it's ridiculous, and you're not the only ones. 92% of customers prefer to wait a bit and eat properly rather than be served immediately. This really needs to change. It's a shame, otherwise it's clean, but really not professional. Making money is good, but pleasing the customer in the process is better, I think.
