In my opinion, the restaurant is severely understaffed. Despite the low customer volume, the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. Our simple order took a while to arrive, and the restrooms were filthy, with the toilet still full of urine. Not to mention the state of the dining area (socks on the floor, trays on the tables...). Our two toys were missing from our order, which was a shame, especially since the server, upon seeing us, asked if we were there to get them. Best of luck to the staff.

I'm a loyal customer of this McDonald's; we've always been well received. Mistakes don't happen very often, and when they do, they're quickly resolved! Marilène is lovely, always smiling and cheerful, and she takes great care of the customers!

12/08/2026: Oddly enough, when the owner isn't there, my tacos are poorly made (smaller than ordered, no sauce, and the fries-to-meat ratio is clearly excessive). Otherwise, the tacos are good and well-filled.

08/08/2026: The staff were good. They responded to requests as they should and were very customer-oriented. The place was relatively clean (dining room). I didn't use the restrooms.
