Les meilleurs restaurants en Villard-De-Lans

30/07/2024: +20 years of experience with zero professionalism in customer service. This restaurant owner was rude and treated me like untouchable throughout the few minutes in the restaurant. When I arrived at the restaurant, the restaurateur refused my request for a few tables even though there were some available, and this for no good reason. When I asked him why he couldn't place us at the tables that were free and not reserved he replied that he wanted to keep them in case others would arrive. That said, he chose to refuse a secure client and forgo this income simply because he wanted to do it that way. I felt that he was prejudiced against me and what's more, he didn't even make an effort to hide it. I quickly lost my appetite for eating at this place but I wanted to make him understand that his behavior was not in the right direction of a business that derives its future from welcoming and pleasing customers. I spoke to him about this fact, and unsurprisingly he was incorrigible in his attitude and he even went so far as to say that he was happy that I was going somewhere else. Which is easy to do because the village square is surrounded by other restaurants. Going elsewhere didn't bother me in the slightest and I was pleasantly welcomed just a few steps from this restaurant. But for the principle of cause and effect of customer service I leave this customer review. Prospective clients should know about my experience and they don't deserve this same treatment. Although this restaurateur has years in this type of industry, what he didn't know is that I too spent years in this same industry and what's more, I ate in a myriad of restaurants around the world. I know well, not only the restaurant world but also customer service, what should be done and what is unacceptable. The treatment at this establishment was inexcusable. If you have the choice I advise you to look elsewhere to eat when in Villard de Lans.

11/07/2024: A pure moment of delight with my husband. Fresh products, sublimely prepared by LA CHEFFE. The rillette is a pure sweetness in the mouth, and the dishes are a treat. 05/09/2024: The first impression of this hotel seems somewhat dreary. The building and the terrace deserve some attention and love. Our family room for 5 motorcyclists is simple but clean. The shower is great! The young owner makes even the most grumpy cheerful again with his energy and enthusiasm. Both his breakfast and dinner consist solely of local products or from his own vegetable garden behind the hotel. This is an excellent location for motorcyclists to steer through the "de Vercors" area from here.

21/07/2024: L’hôtel est parfait, chambre , spacieuse, propre , au niveau du restaurant, il y a du choix et des produits locaux sont proposés, le personnel est à l’écoute, une personne a eu une demande particulière et a été satisfaite , , félicitations aux nouveaux propriétaires

02/09/2024: Serveurs au top de l efficacité et du sourire, d où ma notede 4. Par contre une personne qui est peut être la patronne, antipathique. Elle m a lancé un "bonjour" intempestif qd je suis allée payer alors qu elle a sans arrêt papoter en terrasse pdt tout notre repas, et ne salue pas les clients à leur arrivée.

06/08/2024: Very good meal and value for money. Special mention for the ravioli and the Vercors blue cheese sauce! The only small problem is that the tables are quite close together on the terrace. Thank you for your welcome !

17/08/2024: We could give a long speech, but ultimately my only advice is: Go for it!!! No ravioli, burgers or other croziflette here. You will only find authentic homemade products. Like the boss, authentic, old-fashioned, a real one. I have a tear in my eye. THANK YOU!!!

Très bon rapport qualité prix je vous recommande et on peut arriver à n'importe quelle heure pour manger Bravo à eux

29/02/2024: Une carte courte mais avec des produit frais locaux et de saison ! On c’est régalé ! Crozibleu (croziflette au bleu du Vercors !) un régale!
