05/04/2026: My wife and I were there on our motorcycle, and I found this restaurant thanks to the good reviews. We received a very warm welcome, even though it was a Sunday lunchtime without a reservation. We ordered two hamburgers, and they were absolutely delicious! Highly recommended! ✌️

22/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at Auberge des Montaud. We came for lunch with friends this Sunday and everything went perfectly. The welcome was warm, the atmosphere calm and pleasant, with a lovely fireplace. The dishes were all delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Absolutely delicious! We highly recommend it!

13/03/2026: We had a lovely stay at this inn, located just outside Villard, in a peaceful setting. The welcome was very warm. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was generous. Dinner was very enjoyable by the fire, and the homemade dishes were absolutely delicious. A wonderful experience that we'd love to repeat!

22/03/2026: Fantastic! A quiet hotel, superbly located, and above all, an incredibly warm welcome. The hosts were pleasant, smiling, and attentive. We came for one night with our children. We were surprised to find ourselves in a larger room than we had booked, as it was available, so the hosts thought we'd be more comfortable there 😊. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with high-quality products served just the way we like them... simply wonderful. One thing is for sure: we've found our little haven if we ever return to the area. It's so rare to find such lovely hosts. Thank you so much for making our stay truly special. Have a wonderful holiday! Get some rest. Taking such good care of people takes a lot of energy.

16/03/2026: We had a wonderful family weekend at La Ferme de Bois Barbu. The owners are very welcoming and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. The location is ideal, close to the ski slopes and hiking trails. The meals were hearty and satisfying. Thank you for your kindness and warm welcome.

23/03/2026: Excellent value for money! The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and the rooms are quite nice. The welcome is warm and friendly, with a sort of lounge area and a pool table available. A hammam and jacuzzi (not mentioned on the website, unfortunately) are available even in winter. The breakfast is very good! I highly recommend it. The only drawback was a slight noise (like dripping water) in the room, which the staff took good care of.

The dishes are delicious, expertly prepared, and made with care. The service is pleasant and the atmosphere is friendly. A wonderful discovery; I highly recommend it! The owners are lovely.

01/03/2026: The concept is really great. There's a wide selection of sleds available, making it easy to enjoy the experience without having to bring your own equipment. It's also really nice to have slopes reserved exclusively for sleds, without sharing them with skiers. We didn't know it was possible to use a pass from another partner resort to avoid buying a new one. This was explained very clearly and kindly at the ticket office. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming, which contributes to a great time. The only slightly annoying point concerns the magic carpets, which are quite slow and, more importantly, prone to several unexpected stops. The ride up can therefore seem a bit long. Despite this, with all the other positive aspects, I highly recommend it. It's still best to go when it's not too crowded to fully enjoy the runs and ensure a pleasant experience.

07/03/2026: Disappointing food (fish that smelled past its expiration date, bland Mont d'Or cheese with little to no accompaniment for €26 per person (!), a clementine crumble dessert where the crumble was soaked in syrup and resembled ladyfingers, and the clementine still had its fibers and a seed). A minimal gesture of goodwill on the bill and an evasive attitude from the owner, clearly unwilling to listen to the complaints. It's a far cry from the photos and reviews of previous weeks...

27/02/2026: A wonderful experience at this restaurant. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The service was pleasant and attentive, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We had a fantastic time and will gladly return. I highly recommend it.

08/03/2026: Extremely disappointed. We ordered the three-course menu and both courses were a disaster. The brick pastry wasn't cooked but burnt underneath, and the caramel cream was far too sweet and had curdled.
