12/05/2026: As a regular customer, I was unpleasantly surprised to see a waiter shake the entrance mat and then, quite naturally, continue serving without washing his hands.
I think a reminder of hygiene guidelines would be helpful.

How come the pizzas are lukewarm when you deliver them?
I live 500 meters from the pizzeria... This has happened twice in 8 months... what a shame.
