09/06/2026: A sure bet in Ris-Orangis—and by far the best pizza in the area and many surrounding towns! I went back recently, and I was blown away once again. This pizzeria, a local institution for quite some time, hasn't lost any of its quality—quite the opposite. Having frequented many establishments of this type, I can honestly say: this one is clearly a cut above the rest. The dough, the toppings, the baking... everything is meticulously crafted. This isn't a pizza you eat casually—it's a pizza that leaves a lasting impression. If you live in or near Ris-Orangis and haven't been yet, you're missing out.
