03/08/2023: I let myself be tempted by an “Italian carbonara”. So without crème fraîche. I must first point out that the table is dirty after being given the menu. The boss (a priori) apologizes flatly, “I’m in trouble today”. It actually happens. Nothing serious. I am served Stella and not Leffe as it is written on the menu. That’s good, I want a light beer. The pasta arrives… It’s not “Italian carbonara”. Okay, okay, let's move on... But where it's serious is that there are several pieces of eggshells at the bottom of my plate. Pieces of 2/3 mm eh! Not a grain of sand can be seen without a magnifying glass. I realized this at the end of the meal. I point it out. Apologies (flat). I was offered a shot of Get 27 to pass on but I'm not interested. No discount in the end and even worse since the Stella is billed at the price of the Leffe... In short, run away, this establishment is not serious.
