13/09/2026: We come three or four times a year, and as usual, it's a real treat. The decor has recently been redone, and it's even more charming. Besides the fact that the food is delicious and we have a lovely time, the reasonable prices are also a big plus for a family outing. I highly recommend this restaurant.

13/10/2026: I've eaten at Berny's several times before, and until today I had no complaints about the service or the food. However, I made a reservation two weeks ago and received several calls from a staff member that I took to be spam. I called back three times the next day anyway, but my reservation was cancelled. I called again the following day to find out what the problem was, and I got a haughty and unpleasant person who told me things like, "Yes, madam, you're busy, but you have to answer," in an arrogant manner. I was told I would have to vacate the table by 10 pm (my reservation was at 8 pm for 10 people, by the way, for my birthday). I agreed, but after thinking about it, I decided to call back today to cancel (I have the right to cancel with 48 hours' notice). The person on the phone asked me, "Uh, why?" Then they finally told me the table could be picked up at 7 pm and the check-out time was 10:30 pm…incomprehensible. I understand that some customers don't honor their commitments, but it's not so much the situation itself that's the problem, because it's perfectly understandable to cancel a reservation if customers don't respond. However, you have to know how to communicate with customers and not respond aggressively and rudely. I preferred to book at another restaurant that was much nicer!

11/10/2026: Fantastic welcome, warm atmosphere. Their cocktails are excellent. The menus are varied and their food is very good. 👍🏽 A great place to spend time with friends. I recommend it 1000%! 🔥🔥🔥

23/04/2026: A fantastic experience! The pizzas are delicious, and the staff are friendly and understanding. Themed evenings with a guitarist or singer bring the restaurant to life and make you want to come back.
