05/09/2023: To be honest, we can't report anything about the place because there were disagreements with the administration. After we booked a stay for January 2021, France was classified as high risk for coronavirus. Unfortunately we couldn't travel because we had to go into quarantine when we returned. The administration was very understanding and gave us a voucher for the upcoming 2022/2023 season. Everything was going great up to this point! Thanks for that. Since the holidays in Germany coincided with the high season in France this season, we decided to go on a hiking holiday at Pentecost because the apartments were not affordable for us. We received permission for this from the employee SEVERAL TIMES by phone. When we wanted to book, Cathy and Jeff told us in a very unpleasant way that the voucher had expired and we had no claims. The phone call was equally disappointing. It's a shame that we relied on the very nice employee. Friendliness and service are different, but apparently Cathy and Jeff don't need that. Definitely not a 'goodbye'. Chris
