13/04/2026: A 15-minute wait yesterday (and I completely understand, no problem there), but not even a smile, a "sorry for the delay," or perhaps a gesture of goodwill. On the contrary, I even paid more than the displayed price... €46 when I should have paid €45.50. Life is already expensive enough; I don't see why I should be forced to leave a tip, especially when the service is so poor. The pizzas were good, but not filling; we were still hungry afterward.
