06/09/2026: Late delivery. A delivery request from six months ago on the website was used for our last order. A polite call was made to ask if our order would arrive after a 30-minute delay. We clearly heard the person say the receipt said 8:30 PM, then the person on the phone said no, it said 7:30 PM. And then they hung up on us! We've been customers since they opened, but it's a shame; we'll be going elsewhere now.

01/08/2026: When I tried to place an order, they told me they couldn't accept it because the destination wasn't covered, even though usually there's no problem delivering to my town. Honestly, it's ridiculous!
