02/09/2024: This place is a paradise that I would have liked to keep secret!! The house is incredible, a crazy character, as for the garden and the swimming pool...what a delicious place to relax after an excursion (or hang out there all day) with a view of the mountain. The place itself is great, close to everything, city center, hikes, the most beautiful villages in France, a calm haven of peace where nothing is missing. Mireille and Philippe are sweethearts, they take great care of the guests and provide great advice when it comes to hikes/walks (the first day Phillipe said to me, "What are you looking for tomorrow? Shade? Sun? short of water, no water? Long walks, short walks? "and it's the same for good places for lunch or dinner!) The breakfast is carefully prepared (local products, homemade jams and cakes - thank you Mireille). !) and served on the garden terrace and frankly, nothing better to start the day! For an aperitif there is a small bar in the villa with a tap of beer, which is really cool and rare in private homes. Lots of board games are available for guests, I'm probably forgetting lots of other things that you will discover for yourself! We arrived late with our spirits low following a car accident, I can tell you that these few days at the Villa du Parc regenerated us like a phoenix, both morally and physically! 15/09/2024: We ate very good pizza with fresh, homemade products. The crusty and very soft dough. The owners are very cheerful and warm. We had a great tasting experience. I highly recommend the “le Banian” pizza in Saint Hypolite.

04/09/2024: On vacation in Saint Hippolyte we ordered 2 pizzas (1 Spanish and 1 vegetarian) and were not disappointed, a real treat, in addition to the very friendly owners. I recommend without hesitation, we will return without problem.

20/09/2024: A quality pasto! A very warm welcome, good service and a “bellissima” atmosphere. I came one evening when there were not too many people and you can immediately feel the joy and good humor through all the employees. All the dishes are fresh and homemade on site and wow, these are well-stocked plates. I had lasagna and mamma mia it has a succulent taste and so melt in the mouth that it's so ✨delizioso✨. It is with pleasure and with my eyes closed that I would go back! Thanks again to you!

15/09/2024: Ristorante con prodotti italiani ma utilizzati in modo improprio: penne all'amatriciana chieste snz cipolla e arrivate con cipolla a pezzetti non commestibile da quanto fosse piccante. Sostituita con pasta in bianco sza nessun condimento (olio o burro). Spaghetti all'arrabbiata con aglio che avevamo chiesto di omettere. Caffè espresso di cattivo sapore. Ma il cuoco di qst ristorante non ha mai mangiato in Italia quello che cucina?? Conto eccessivo per qualità prezzo.

09/09/2024: Ne prenez pas de plat a emporter.!!!!!! Le 10/7/24 un jeudi j ai commandé 4 parts de lasagnes bolognaises a emporter j ai bien précisé que c'était pour consommer le samedi.les lasagnes ont été conservés au frais immédiatement. Le samedi soir ces plats ont été réchauffés ils avaient Surit ils étaient IMMANGEABLES 64€ de jeter a la poubelle. Le patron a été informé mais aucune réaction et pas de geste commercial.. ..

02/10/2024: Pleasant welcome. Quality pizzas, salads and appetizing dishes. Thin, crispy pizza dough and generous toppings. Possibility of leaving with the remaining slice of pizza in a pizza box if you have a small appetite. Pizzas and salads to take away too.

02/09/2024: To flee! Although we certainly received a friendly welcome, we were very disappointed with the pizzas we had to take away. A very thin dough bathed in oil, ingredients without any taste, we cannot call them pizzas, it's shameful to sell them, especially at very high prices! We got sick a few hours later...
