I'm disappointed with the staff 😔

Nothing homemade!
The owner acts like he's a head of state! The brunette waitress is rude and almost aggressive. I suspect there's a frosty atmosphere behind the scenes. In short, a place to avoid.

06/07/2025: I loved the Italian atmosphere, the culture and the quality of the meal. The waiter was very friendly. I chose the truffle gnocchi, it was very generous.
27/06/2025: A real favorite! La Droguerie is Italy at home, right in the heart of Perpignan. The cuisine is simply perfect: generous, flavorful, and you can feel all the chef's love in every plate. Special mention to the chef, a true maestro of Italian flavors, and to the warm and always helpful waiter. A welcome like you rarely see, a friendly atmosphere, and comforting cuisine... A must-visit for lovers of authentic Italian cuisine!

02/04/2026: The pizzas are excellent, but I have a particular fondness for the Italian-style pasta bake. Very good value for money. The service is quick. I eat there regularly with my wife.
30/03/2026: Excellent pizzeria restaurant! The welcome is warm, the staff are friendly, and the food is delicious. We always have a wonderful meal. They're also very lively during the weekend entertainment. I highly recommend Bella Pizza 😊🍕+++++++

04/03/2026: Excellent food, large and substantial pizzas. Good value for money. The waitress's service... left much to be desired. She banged on the table when we asked for water and her attitude towards us changed drastically. She was unfriendly. But we would still return.
We didn't go to the wrong place. To avoid putting the staff at risk, I won't mention the time or day. I'll just say that a smile and patience with non-native French speakers could improve the experience at this great pizza place. Cheers!
19/02/2026: Unbeatable value for money! A welcoming and warm place, small but cozy! There's a good selection and the prices are very reasonable. I thoroughly enjoyed my forest mushroom risotto! I highly recommend it!

26/04/2026: UPDATE: Response to the owner: I'm changing my review because, unfortunately, 99% of the time these days a 1-star review is the only way to get a reaction from someone. I was reimbursed by Uber, but unfortunately my meal was ruined, although the little pizza I did get to taste was good 👍. I'm obviously changing the rating, however, your tone doesn't warrant 5 stars... I'm giving you a piece of my mind: do you think I ordered a pizza in that condition? And the delivery drivers aren't part of my establishment either. I paid for my pizza and I want it in good condition; the rest is none of my business.
25/04/2026: Hello, honestly, this restaurant is excellent, the service is top-notch, the waiters and waitresses are super attentive and pleasant, and the food is superb. I highly recommend this very good restaurant in Perpignan. Bravo to the team and thank you for the welcome.

16/12/2024: We were disappointed with our experience. The food was nothing special, and the portions were small compared to the high prices. The service was poor: no one came to ask if everything was okay, or if we wanted something to drink or even dessert. In the end we had to get up to go and pay the bill. The server was not really receptive to our comments regarding the service. The only positive thing about this experience was the cocktails, which were really delicious, as well as the pleasant ambiance. However, considering the whole, I do not recommend for a dinner.
