However, today, in your establishment in France—a country known for its freedom, respect, and human rights—I experienced a shocking and unacceptable situation. Your employee first spoke disrespectfully to my husband, then addressed me with aggressive and vulgar language, as if I were speaking in the street. His attitude was threatening, to the point that I felt unsafe. No customer deserves to be treated like that. This is the first time in my life I have experienced such humiliation in a restaurant.
