30/07/2026: Living in one of the buildings surrounding the establishment, it has become impossible to have a quiet evening. Since management doesn't set any limits, customers shout on the terrace as if they were in their own gardens, with no regard for their surroundings.
Until well past midnight, it's worse than the Saturday morning market…
18/07/2026: A quality Italian restaurant, the dining room is air-conditioned, which in the middle of a heatwave allows you to cool off while sharing delicious Italian cuisine.

I am writing to report extremely serious misconduct by an employee of your restaurant.
I live in Switzerland and work in the service industry, so I am very familiar with the rules of respect and professionalism when dealing with customers. However, today, in your establishment in France—a country known for its freedom, respect, and human rights—I experienced a shocking and unacceptable situation.
Your employee first spoke disrespectfully to my husband, then addressed me with aggressive and vulgar language, as if I were speaking in the street. His attitude was threatening, to the point that I felt unsafe. No customer deserves to be treated like that.
This is the first time in my life I have experienced such humiliation in a restaurant. This behavior represents neither the values of France nor the respect due to customers.
I sincerely hope that you will take this complaint seriously and that measures will be taken to ensure that this does not happen again.
