16/07/2026: Very good except for the tomato and mozzarella. That part wasn't great, it tasted like plastic, otherwise everything else was great.
11/07/2026: We came as a family for a birthday celebration, and there were 11 of us in total.
The service was frankly lacking, with numerous mistakes.
As for the food, the bill was extremely high, even without ordering dessert or alcohol.
The pizzas were all burnt and clearly overcooked.
The pizza dough was too salty, and we absolutely hated the truffle pizza... because we never found any truffles.
In fact, I tried to explain when paying that the service wasn't satisfactory, but the manager didn't appreciate it at all, telling me I should have asked for more truffles...
Avoid the Italian Coke...
Frankly, this is the first and only time we will ever go to this establishment.

04/07/2026: Excellent value for money, the pizzas are superb, and the staff and owner are fantastic.
He hasn't been in L'Isle-Adam for years for nothing.
23/04/2026: Your pizzas are good, no complaints there. However, the service is problematic.
On several occasions, the welcome was cold and unfriendly. When I placed an order, I came to pick up a pizza and offered to redeem my loyalty points for a free pizza: a flat refusal, on the grounds that it should have been specified when placing the order. This kind of rigidity makes no sense to a loyal customer.
Another example: a 40-minute delay on my order, with no apology or gesture of goodwill. It's disrespectful.
The quality of the products isn't enough if the customer experience is neglected. It's time to rethink how you treat your customers.
