18/09/2026: From Rajiban Gunarathnam Goussainville Kosthy

04/09/2026: Very disappointed with this experience. I called four times in total regarding my order. Each time, I tried to calmly explain what I wanted. I understand that a restaurant can be busy and that there's work involved, no problem with that. However, on all four occasions, I was hung up on and spoken to disrespectfully. I was told, for example, that they "didn't have time" and that they didn't understand "what I wanted," even though I was simply explaining my order. After four calls and four times being hung up on, I naturally became much more assertive myself. I admit, I wasn't respectful during the last exchange, but after trying to remain polite several times, I simply felt disrespected as a customer. To avoid the situation escalating, I ultimately decided not to pick up my order. It's better for everyone. I used to think this pizza was very good and I ate it regularly, the old-fashioned way. But beyond the food, respect for the customer is fundamental. Today, I clearly didn't feel that. I'm not going to say anything more. I'm simply sharing my experience as it happened.
