Near Place de la Liberté and its parking lots, this is the kitschiest pizzeria in Toulon, the kind that would have fit right in with the Little Italy of The Godfather.
I love the decor, the welcome, the atmosphere, the comfortable tables, the aromas of freshly baked pizzas... and especially the excellent pizzas!
And I always prefer well-executed classics; the simpler it looks, the better it tastes. Going without a simple weekly pizza, like the Capricciozza, is practically a crime, especially when it comes to those "made in Taormina"!
January 2024: It's always a pleasure to come and enjoy an excellent pizza baked in the wood-fired oven of this Italian institution.
I recommend the Atomica. I have a real soft spot for the Capriciosa. They're crispy, perfectly cooked, and generous.
Don't hesitate to ask the pizza chef for advice.

08/03/2026: I'm giving 3 stars for the atmosphere because I don't know what it's like; I just had it delivered. The delivery driver was great. However, the pizza is overrated. Admittedly, the pizza isn't bad, I'm not denying that. But the ingredients are too basic for the price, and the taste isn't great. It's a shame, because the pasta is fantastic.

26/03/2026: We ordered pizzas, the delivery driver was awful, the pizza was greasy, and finding the ingredients was a real hassle.
And to think we criticize frozen food! We eat it for €6 a pizza, even if it's mass-produced, it's better, and we don't want to throw up afterward or waste five minutes eating pizza dough. I understand why businesses are closing down. When you pay €40 for an order, it stings, so once is enough. Even my cats eat their Purina kibble better. Never again!

08/02/2026: Very disappointed. Unfortunately, this isn't my first time here, and the quality has been declining with each visit. This time, it was clearly the last straw. The goat cheese and honey pizza was tasteless, with hardly any goat cheese, and the honey was nowhere to be seen… As for the pizza that was supposed to be made with crème fraîche, I don't even know where it was. Instead, there was a huge amount of unmelted, hard, dry grated Gruyère cheese, so hard you could almost choke on it.
Frankly, for €15 a pizza, this is completely unacceptable. At that price, you expect at least quality ingredients and a properly made pizza. It's a shame because it wasn't like this before, but I won't be going back.
09/01/2026: The best pizzas in Toulon! Cooked in a wood-fired oven. Your pizza is made and cooked in under 5 minutes!! Professionals! Only downside: customers for 10 years, no loyalty program... but then again, we're not going anywhere else!!

Nourriture plutôt bonne mais si vous avez très faim vous risquez de crever avant d'être servis !!
Serveuse tellement agréable que ça nous a donné envie d'attendre éternellement (ironie:))
