28/01/2026: UPDATE FOLLOWING YOUR RESPONSE: The first time I came was several years ago, so indeed, a Sunday, a Saturday lunchtime maybe, what does it matter? That's really not the point! Just to say that the first experience was good. You're only responding to the point that interests you, because it's really not the subject of the comment at all! Waiter with an oversized and misplaced ego + food poisoning I had already been to this restaurant once, a good experience on a Sunday lunchtime: good and quiet. It's true that in the evening it's full and a bit noisy, but not bothersome, you can talk without any problem. The evening could have been good, but here's the thing: I dared to ask a question to the waiter (who I think is the manager, but I'm not certain). When ordering cocktails and dishes, I asked him: "Could you start the dishes a little later or bring them after the aperitifs?" (A question regularly asked at the restaurant that NEVER causes a problem, because, well, a mojito with a mushroom escalope...). And then I was literally attacked, told my question made no sense, that the dishes had to be sent to the kitchen given how busy it was, etc. A simple "yes" or "no" would have sufficed. And every time he brought a dish or walked past the table, he'd ask, "Is the dish ready? Did it arrive at the right time?" or to another server, "Be careful, this lady is very strict about timing," and this went on repeatedly until the end of the meal. Unbearable. I can understand being stressed by the rush, but to add insult to injury every time is ridiculous and disrespectful. Not to mention that he didn't say goodbye after the payment, despite giving us a very insistent, nasty look. It's safe to say that customer service and human interaction are clearly not his strong suit. A shame in the restaurant industry. But if only that were all... thanks for the food poisoning from the steak tartare, we just loved it. In short, avoid it, which is a real shame.
