Replying happy birthday or thank you for your visit is totally inappropriate when there are suspicions of spoiled tuna, a very very serious thing, or bad invoicing. Not responding accurately to photos of the very dirty back kitchen is bad for your reputation. We wanted to come...we will go elsewhere this time Be clearer and more precise in your answers When we are clean we respond without embarrassment 😉
