On Valentine's Day evening, there was a special menu, but we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, even with a reservation, because the dining room is small and packed with delivery drivers. Orders were pouring in for deliveries, but there was nothing in the dining room. There were three servers, but after 20 minutes without any interaction and seeing people sitting there since we arrived, still uninvited for a meal, we left. Don't open a restaurant; just do delivery if you can't serve your customers properly. Go to the nearby competition; there, you can eat without being surrounded by bags being passed over your head and shouting for orders. It's shameful to prioritize profit over the quality of service.
