03/04/2024: How can I tell you that this is really my worst experience in a Japanese restaurant... The yakitori was in my opinion, at best, from midday or the day before but you could tell it was fresh. Karaage chickens are simply breaded chickens, nothing to do with real karaage, they are not even marinated... The ramen is literally terrible in terms of broth, it's clearly not one, quite simply water with salty soy sauce! Worst ramen of my life... We clearly can't offer this to anyone, it's enough to put people off, especially if it's their first Japanese and they don't know this cuisine. Ps: The only positive point is the soba which was quite good
