06/04/2024: Second time I order from this restaurant the first time everything went well it was good, this time we ordered two bo bun and in each box there was a large black hair it was disgusting. I first called the restaurant to warn them when my wife came across the hair, and then in my misfortune almost at the end of my dish I came across this big black hair, it's horrible
12/03/2024: Disappointed, order placed it was bland without taste and I ordered chicken meatballs which were not, it tasted like mutton. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

20/02/2024: It's the best sushi in the neighborhood. They are generous. Some Japanese restaurants add rice and add a thin slice of salmon or tuna. Here, this is not the case !!! They can be a little long but it's worth it :)
11/02/2024: Waitress with her coat and bag who rolls her eyes when asked for something. Wait 1h20 before being served even though there is no one there!! Good meal but that doesn't make up for the lack of professionalism of the whole team and especially the horrible service

02/04/2024: I don't know if it's the restaurant's fault or what I ate earlier in the day, but strangely I threw up all night right after eating there. And now just thinking about raw fish makes me nauseous. It’s a shame because the prices are very reasonable and I found the staff charming and accommodating.

09/03/2024: Edoman has existed since 2009 then changed ownership since 2015. It is a very good Japanese restaurant which serves fresh products only to order. Everything is made on site for raw fish. For loyal customers or connoisseurs you can modify the choices of certain products such as skewers for example. I have been a customer of this restaurant since it opened. To recommend without problem.

12/03/2024: If I could put zero I would put -0 restaurant to flee piece of plastic in my food, arrive at the restaurant no one calculates forcing you to move us even no hello no goodbye no politeness the dishes are meh served 45 minutes after the order don't waste your time!!! To run away, to run away knowing that the employees are so bitter!!! To really escape

The welcome... We're not going to lie, it's not very cheerful but it's efficient.
19/02/2024: On February 19 we dined in the restaurant and while paying the bill in front of the counter we saw a RAT walking between the tables. We point out the waitress who pretends not to hear and doesn't seem at all surprised. NEVER AGAIN.

02/01/2024: Overall it's not bad, on the other hand no smile the welcome is deplorable limit the waiters are bored to be there.. it's a shame. Ah, if one of the waitresses is polite and kind... on the other hand we come regularly and never have had a commercial gesture, frankly it's hot to be so exhausted!

19/02/2024: I ordered at least once a week before the change of owners. Then I tried several times. And, every time, disappointed! And the last time the fish really had no taste and didn't hold together. And there is this new habit of taking the space for parking! THANKS !

29/03/2024: I ordered the same thing to take away twice (makis (tuna and salmon) and the dragon ball (California roll)) and both times I was very satisfied.
The service is a little slow but the team is pleasant. The chef cooks before your eyes and I have not noticed any lack of hygiene.
And more importantly, I ate very well

Cold tempura makis?? Very weird cold frying!
Like the other reviews, overcooked rice, too much in the makis, too sweet coleslaw.
