12/03/2024: I was a loyal customer for almost 2 years. This well-known chain attracts with its variety of products and its notoriety. Having poor health, I had a meal delivered as usual, I had the unfortunate experience of coming across an unusual delivery man. In fact, I was with my friend, when receiving the order, I noticed an error on a dish. I call the restaurant to report it and a very rude person answers me poorly and questions my word. We stay on the phone for 15 minutes debating: whose fault is it?! In short, I managed to have my dish re-delivered to me and it was my mistake! 10 minutes later a delivery man rings and my friend comes down to collect the order. This Mr refuses to give the package unless he can see the person he spoke to on the phone before. He goes up with my friend and I go to him to collect my package. He stood in front of the door, blocking it with one foot so that I wouldn't close it. Then started throwing a bunch of comments at me about the way I spoke to him on the phone. It lasted at least 20 minutes where I tried to make him understand that there was a mistake on their part and that I just wanted to eat my dish. Nothing to do, he wanted proof that I hadn't eaten the first dish delivered. I had to show him the dish that had barely been eaten and explain to him as best I could that it was not my initial order. He still wouldn't give me the order... That day, I was very sick and weakened, he could see it clearly, I even made it clear to him several times, as did my friend. But nothing to do, he wanted to fight. My friend and I were starting to get scared because he was getting more and more angry. We finally managed to extricate ourselves and closed the door. I was very shocked by this incident and decided to drop off a handrail at the police station the next day. Additionally, I contacted the restaurant manager to report the incident. He contacts me the next day, obviously not very moved by my story and explains to me that the delivery man is usually a nice guy and that he doesn't understand. Not at all bothered by what I explain to him, he ends the conversation by offering me a free menu. With the hundreds of euros I left on order with him, he thought he could buy me with a 30-ball menu of defrosted sushi. In short, if I say all this today it is to warn the girls who order and will have it delivered to their home. Who knows what this person is capable of doing in the future under the protection of his employer. No sanctions against him have been taken, I am no longer a customer and neither are those around me. I strongly advise you to be careful in the future, especially for single girls.
