22/05/2026: It's a gem, a meal worthy of a Michelin star, at a reasonable price, and the couple who run it are lovely. A marvel! I drove 15km to try it out of curiosity and I'll definitely recommend it for the sheer pleasure of it.

08/08/2026: Quail fillet, carrots cooked in mountain honey with its cooking juices. Prepared by Gilles. Excellent value for money, a must-try if you're in the area. La Table d'Escourse is 100 meters from exit 15 of the motorway.
Many thanks for this excellent meal.
06/08/2026: We stopped briefly off the highway and found Geneviève and Gilles to be charming owners of a lovely establishment.
Their welcome was wonderful and we had a great time.
1
