What a surprise! When we arrived, the parking lot made us think of a truck stop. We stumbled upon a charmingly decorated Landes-style building, like stepping into a museum from the 1960s to 1980s. We were greeted by Geneviève, who reminded us of our grandmother. We ordered dishes from the golden age of Gilles, showcasing his unique expertise with fresh, classic ingredients, and thanks to all of this, we were transported back to our childhood. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful time, and the food was a true delight. Please stay just as you are, and congratulations on what you provide! 😍

A short stop... A very pleasant place with lovely people 🤩

A pit stop for lunch during your trip. If you don't arrive early enough, the daily special might be sold out. Starter and daily special (€18) Daily special and dessert (€18) Starter, daily special, and dessert (€24). The menu features regional homemade dishes, with a special focus on offal (kidneys, sweetbreads, tripe, beef cheeks), all from beef. Even the homemade sausage is a large casing filled with tripe (you can order a whole or half). What we liked most was the duck confit, which, although the portion was small, was delicious. If you don't speak French, it's difficult. You might be able to communicate with your mobile phone and an app like Google Translate (they only speak French). The place is quiet and spacious. It's not cheap if you order à la carte.

Excellent place with homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. A very pleasant surprise. A very warm welcome, and especially that lovely lady who always had a little joke and, I must say, many compliments. We had a lovely romantic evening and we will return with just as much pleasure. Thank you!

Good food in a surprising location, very friendly owners

We had lunch at this magnificent restaurant; the decor is superb, and the dishes are delicious and authentic. Everything reflects the warm welcome and hospitality of the people who served us. A truly delightful experience! We'll be back.

In an unusual setting, the owners welcome you in an authentic and unpretentious atmosphere. The dishes are generous and delicious. The owner's anecdotes are full of genuine charm. A pure moment of bliss.

We stopped briefly off the highway and found Geneviève and Gilles to be charming owners of a lovely establishment. Their welcome was wonderful and we had a great time.
